Roger Bean - S-2 Licensed HVAC Technician

• Graduated from Bristol Technical School, Bristol CT, in 2006
• Over 13 years experience in the HVAC industry
• Specializes in sheet metal installation and fabrication
• Excellent customer relations and work ethics
• Continually advances his HVAC skills with continued education
• Licensed S-2 mechanic
• OSHA Certified

Jeff Pocock - Operations Manager

• Prior to DMS with 11 years as Director of Environmental Services at Jerome Home and Arbor Rose of New Britain, CT
• Led and developed a team of 27 staff members from various departments; maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry services
• Upholds OSHA standards and compliance of life safety codes
• Administers disaster planning & preparedness and campus security
• Develops and responsible for managing capitol projects
• Was an active member of the Mutual Aid Steering Committee for CT Region Three for 8 years
• Certificate of disaster preparedness
