If you are not completely satisfied with your service or installation we, in our discretion, will repair it, replace it, or refund your money based on your method of payment. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Shipping, reclaiming and administrative fees are not refundable. Your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days from the time we receive your item. Although we process your refund as quickly as possible, there are often further delays with your credit card or bank processing the refund. Replacement parts purchased from Douglas Mechanical Services, Inc., generally require professional installation. Buyers understand and acknowledge that they are responsible to enlist the services of qualified professionals trained in the repair and/or service of heating appliances. Parts sold by Douglas Mechanical Services, Inc. may require specialized procedures and/or tools for safe and reliable operation of the affected systems.
